Aug 17, 2013· Usea 3/4 four flute end mill. Interpolate and do a few passes for final cut. I would think Aluminum would be a breeze for this. Also if your anywhere from 3 to 5 tenths small you'll be fine for the press fit from both ends. No? Again in aluminum. So I wouldn't worry about a couple of tenths bigger on one end as long as its on the small side.
